Addiction and co-occurring recovery services at Burkwood Treatment Center is covered by most insurance plans, such as UBH/Medica, UCare, Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Health Partners, Indian Health Service Funding, Private Pay, County Insurance, State Consolidated Funds, and Rule 25. We will work closely with you to address your financial circumstances and benefits.
Burkwood accepts patients who meet the following criteria:
- Males and females at least 18 years of age
- Have a diagnosis of chemical dependency
- Must be physically and mentally stable
- Must be currently free of mood-altering substances and willing to participate in a program
